Laser Tattoo Removal

Laser Tattoo Removal

At Laser Skin Clinics we use the latest Q Switched ND Yag lasers for laser tattoo removal to produce a particular spectrum of light.

This breaks down the tattoo ink into small particles, These particles are absorbed by the body’s immune system as part of a natural process.

During the treatment we focus the laser directly on the tattoo while short pulses are directed at a specific wavelength to break the tattoo ink straight into the dermis. Using this process will usually avoid any laser tattoo removal scarring and side effects.

Instead of forcing the ink out through the top layers of skin which could in turn damage it, our advanced laser tattoo removal system breaks the ink down and allows natural absorption.

This will lead to the fading of the tattoo, which once fully healed usually in between 6 to 8 weeks time another laser tattoo removal session will be required we usually expect around 6 to 12 sessions to achieve complete removal.

Laser Tattoo Removal Consultation

If you are considering having laser tattoo removal you can simply call, email or visit us for a consultation to assess your suitability for the treatment.

Once the consultation is complete, as everyone reacts different a patch test on the tattoo will be taken so we can gauge how your skin will react to the laser and how easy or difficult your tattoo will be to remove.

After a successful test patch we will then be able to advise you on how many sessions you're likely to need, Before and after pictures can be taken to show your progress through out.

At Laser Skin Clinics we always aim to achieve the complete removal of the tattoo by using the latest Q Switched ND Yag laser tattoo removal technology and taking every care to ensure that the tattoo removal process is as painless as possible.
