We're open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. We are closed on Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

We're based at 4 Perton Farm Barns, Jenny Walkers Lane, Wolverhampton, WV6 7HB, a peaceful rural setting just outside Perton. There is free parking on site for all clients.

For laser treatments, injectables, and advanced skin treatments, yes, a consultation is required before your first treatment. This is complimentary and includes a skin assessment. For our treatment packages (Sculpt, Cleanse & Glow etc.) no prior consultation is needed.

We accept card, cash, and bank transfer in clinic. For online bookings, you can also pay via Shopify Pay. We never ask for payment details over the phone or WhatsApp.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled. Same-day cancellations can be rescheduled but will not be refunded. No-shows will not receive a refund or reschedule. We send email and text reminders up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Yes, we offer 0% finance through Klarna, allowing you to spread the cost of your treatment into manageable instalments. Klarna is available at checkout, subject to eligibility. Speak to us if you'd like to discuss finance options before booking.

Yes. We offer a complimentary skin assessment for all new clients. This helps us understand your skin, discuss your concerns, and recommend the most suitable treatment plan, with no obligation to book.

Specific preparation varies by treatment. Your practitioner will provide detailed guidance when you book. In general: arrive with clean skin in the treatment area, avoid heavy makeup or creams, and let us know about any changes to your health or medications since your last visit.
