Blemish Removal is a well practised procedure here at Laser Skin Clinics. Blemishes we remove are:
Seborrhoeic Keratosis/ Seborrhoeic Warts
These lesions are common benign growths. They can be flat or raised with a rough surface, small or large and are mainly found on the trunk of the body, head and neck.
Telangiectasia/Spider Veins
These lesions are extremely common dilated capillary blood vessels. They are found on the nose, face, ankles and lower legs.
Spider Naevi
These lesions are common lesions that occur at any age, they are small with a central red blemish from which superficial blood capillaries radiate. These are found on the face, arms, hands, trunk and legs.
Haemongiomata/Cherry Angioma/Campbell De Morgan Spots
These lesions are benign overgrowths of blood vessels. They can develop on any part of the body but most often on the mid trunk. They can be red, blue, purple or almost black.
Thread Veins on the Legs
These lesions are very common and are red, clue or purple superficial blood vessels visible on the surface. They can appear in blushes or singular. They are easily treatable although the blue and purple veins are more difficult to treat.
Skin Tags
These are harmless benign skin growths that are most commonly found on the neck, axilla region, under bra areas and groin. They range in colour from flesh to dark brown and size and shape, can be flat or have a mushroom like stalk.
Milia
Milia are common white/yellow based lesions that are associated with dry areas on the skins surface. Caused when normal secretions are not able to find their way to the skins surface easily, also the result of poor product usage.
Common Warts
These are small rough, hard growths. They can occur singularly or in groups mostly on the hands, feet, knees, but can occur anywhere on the body.
Xanthelasma
