Expect redness, swelling and oozing, this is normal healing. Apply Vaseline or prescribed ointment every 1 to 2 hours. Avoid makeup, sunlight, heat and exercise. Clean gently with cool water only.
Days 3 to 7
Peeling Phase, Do Not Pick
Skin will peel as new tissue forms underneath. Do not pick or pull at peeling skin. Keep moisturising generously. Avoid all active skincare products and stay out of direct sunlight.
Weeks 2 to 8
SPF & Gentle Skincare Only
