No special preparation needed. Just come with clean skin if possible, and be ready to tell us about any medications, skin conditions, or previous treatments you've had. That information helps us give you the most accurate advice.
Absolutely not. Our assessments are genuinely no-obligation. Many clients use their assessment to gather information and then book weeks later, and we're perfectly happy with that. Your confidence in the decision matters more to us than an immediate booking.
Yes, and we actively encourage it. Photos of your skin in different lighting, or showing the concern over time, can be really helpful for accurate assessment. WhatsApp them to us before your appointment if you'd like.
We'll tell you honestly and, where possible, point you in the right direction. We'd rather be upfront than take your money for a treatment that won't help.
You can book via WhatsApp or our online enquiry form. We aim to confirm your appointment within 24 hours. Assessments are available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
The skin assessment is completely free. If you decide to proceed with a treatment, we accept card, cash, and bank transfer in clinic. We also offer 0% finance through Klarna on selected treatments.
