What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled. Any cancellations on the day can be rescheduled but will not be refunded. Do any of the treatments hurt, and is there any downtime?
Not at all. The Radio Frequency feels like a warm massage, the IPL feels like a quick, light 'flick' (similar to a rubber band), and the Red Light Therapy is so relaxing that many clients fall asleep. There is no downtime, you can return to your normal activities immediately.
How soon will I see results?
Many clients notice an immediate glow and smoother skin after their session. Tightening, refining and overall rejuvenation continue to improve over the following weeks, especially when supported by a healthy lifestyle.
